Podcast darling Bobbi Althoff denied that she’s been sexually involved with her interview subjects.
The 25-year-old social media star, who shot to fame last year for her interview with Drake, took to her Instagram Stories to fire back at a troll who suggested she’s been ‘sleeping around’ following her divorce earlier this year.
‘I never respond to this comment that I’ve been getting a million times a day for the last year, but I am really sick of seeing it,’ began Bobbi. ‘Anyone who says stuff like this is so f****** ignorant. You don’t know why my marriage ended, that we are both so much happier apart than we ever were together. That now our kids get to see two happy parents instead of zero.’
One of the most persistent online rumors suggests Bobbi hooked up with Drake after their infamous bed interview, which was later pulled due to reported bad blood between them.
‘I have never slept with someone I interviewed,’ Bobbi continued. ‘I don’t sleep around and I rarely ever go out. But you guys can’t f****** believe that a woman can be around men without sleeping with them.’
She added: ‘It’s so frustrating that I can’t post a single thing without comments about how I’m being passed around.
‘Go live the lives you deserve and shut the f*** up. And just because you don’t see my kids doesn’t mean I don’t. You see what I allow you to see.’
In regards to being criticized for being a single parent, Bobbi wrote: ‘Like do you really believe that it was my dream in life to be a divorced mom of 2 kids by 25? Obviously not.’
She continued. ‘I’m obviously insecure about it & wish things played out differently in my life. But that’s life, things don’t always end up how we expect them to.’
The clap back comes a week after Bobbi was seen partying in a Nashville nightclub with comedian Ben Da Donnn, just moments before being carried out slumped over the shoulder of an NFL star.
It is believed she was in Nashville to film the first episode of the new season of her podcast – featuring Ben Da Donnn – before heading on a night out with friends, including Ben and NFL player Sean Murphy-Bunting.
In a clip that surfaced on Instagram and appears to have first been posted by Althoff, she is seen in the VIP area of a club performing a handshake with Ben Da Donnn, with a glass next to her.
The pair are both laughing and neither seem overly-intoxicated in the social media clip, but it is unclear how long before they left the club that it was taken.
In a later clip, published by TMZ, Althoff can be seen slumped lifelessly over the shoulder of Murphy-Bunting, who bundles her into a car outside the club.
Reacting on social media, Althoff later posted: ‘Last night was scary but thankful for having good friends in my life like @seanmurphybunting for looking out for me.’
The 26-year-old’s antics in Nashville come almost five months since her husband, Cory, filed for divorce after she denied rumors of an affair with Drake.
Speculation over a romantic fling with the Canadian rapper was rife after she released their awkward interview last year, before she deleted it and the pair unfollowed each other on Instagram.
A month later Bobbi spoke out about her alleged beef with the music star, keeping coy about the cause of it, while insisting they are not having a sexual relationship.
She also shut down any speculation that her and Drake had ever been romantic in a private message to Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, who shared the conversation on his Instagram account.
Cory cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for pulling the plug on his four-year marriage to Althoff, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Murphy-Bunting, who helped the Tampa Bay Buccaneers win the Super Bowl in 2020, recently signed a three-year contract with the Cardinals after leaving the Tennessee Titans.
In regards to whether Althoff and the rapper – whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham – have resolved the rumored conflict, sources informed the outlet that the pair do not talk.
However, while recently appearing on Keke Palmer’s podcast, Bobbi claimed that she had spoken to the star around a month earlier.
She also added that he is ‘a very nice person’ while crediting the rapper for ‘changing the trajectory’ of her life.
Bobbi first found fame on TikTok in 2021, after posting relatable content which focused on her children and pregnancy experiences.
She then launched her podcast in April of last year, where she has been praised for her deadpan humor while chatting to big name rappers such as Drake, Tyga and Lil Yachty.
